Adding a surcharge to a paragraph box attribute

Is there a way to add a surcharge to a paragraph box attribute, and then add a surcharge per character?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to add a charge per character inside a paragraph attribute. The paragraph attribute is for adding extra information to an order and is not meant to be used as a factor in pricing.
