Adding Attachments to Orders

Customers can attach files once the order has been submitted, or is in Ordered status. 

On the black sidebar, there is an Attachment dropdown:

Click on Attachments, then select your files to add.

It will automatically upload, then Save Changes!

When attaching a file in Allmoxy, it's important to set the visibility to ensure that everyone who needs to access the file can do so.

By default, the visibility is set to "my company," which restricts access to only those within your organization. To change the visibility setting, simply click on the drop-down menu and select "anyone" or "private" before choosing the file you want to attach. The "private" permission allows anyone in the company with permission to view private notes/attachments. 

This small step can make a big difference in ensuring that everyone who needs to see the attachment can do so, regardless of their location or organization.
