When is my Customer Charged for an Order?

Allmoxy will never automatically run a payment on a customer's card. 
Either the customer or one of your employees has to process the payment.

Ideally, your customer will manage their payments since they can see what they owe in their company dashboard. However, employees can also visit a customer's dashboard and apply a payment to an open invoice.
