Create an Allmoxy bug report
Occasionally Allmoxy doesn't perform as expected, here's the fastest way to communicate your issue so our development team can resolve it quickly:
- Include the URL to the page having an issue. Many bug reports are isolated to individual customers, so it’s important for us to know who we’re talking to and exactly what page is giving you trouble!
- Explain the issue clearly and if appropriate provide the steps taken that caused the issue. For example, when I submit an order for X customer, the email notification sends right away, but when I submit an order for Y customer, the email notification doesn't send.
- Provide a screenshot or screen recording, if possible! A visual of the problem adds so much context and reduces misunderstanding between you and our development team. This helps us ensure that we're tackling the exact problem right away. You can use a snipping tool to take a screenshot, or if you are looking for a specific tool, we highly recommend Loom or Zight (our team uses both!).
