Edit an Existing Purchase Order

Purchase Orders cannot be edited after they're sent out. The idea behind that is you don't want someone to go in and accidentally change things when you have a hard order out there with a vendor.

So, if a vendor comes back and says "Our price changed, it's this much now" then you'd delete the existing Purchase Order, edit the vendor's price, and create a new Purchase Order with the updated price.
