Making a contact or company active/inactive

When creating companies and contacts, the default is Active.

If you want to deactivate or reactivate, navigate to the company or contact and edit. (To edit, you can hover over the name and select edit or open the contact/company and select edit from there.)

Once on the Edit screen, change "Status" to "Active/Inactive," then scroll to the bottom of the page to Submit.

Note: If you deactivate a Company or Contact, they cannot access your Allmoxy instance or place orders. Allmoxy does not give the ability to delete companies or contacts that have any records attached. This is to prevent any accidental loss of data entered into your instance.
