The Knowledge Base

The knowledge base is one of the fastest methods for comprehensive answers.  They are a series of non-interactive articles that are made to help you learn as fast as possible how to use Allmoxy and its powerful features. 

Allmoxy Community Forums

We are a community of users and there is almost always someone who has already asked the question you have or who has an answer for you.  Search the forum for existing questions, or ask a new one! We have plenty of powerhouse users who are willing to share their expertise. Our Customer Success and Product teams also moderate these forums to provide additional insight! 


Dedicated Customer Success Managers

If you have an active account, you have been assigned an account manager. If you aren't sure who that is, reach out to our support chat! Your Customer Success Manager is your primary point of contact. They can report a bug for you, answer questions on Allmoxy functionality, consult on best practices, or help you determine if you need the assistance of our services team or development team.  

 

Services Team- Integration Managers

Our integration managers are paid specialists who build Allmoxy catalogs. If you need assistance with your catalog, including pricing, part calculation, exports out to machines, weight or shipping calculations, you'll want to connect with an Integration Manager! Our service team does charge for their services, so a signed services agreement is required before scheduling a meeting with our services team. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more information!
