Ensure your Allmoxy emails send properly
A few ways to ensure your emails send properly from Allmoxy
Optimal Email Setup:
Allmoxy uses a unique domain to send communications out of Allmoxy. This email ends in @allmoxysecure.com. To ensure optimal delivery and email integrity, you'll need to whitelist this domain with your email provider.

White-label your email:
You also have the option to white-label this send-from email address by using a SendGrid account. To do this, you'll need to create your own SendGrid account. Once created, go into Allmoxy and give the employees who will manage this connection permission to Manage SendGrid. You can find this by editing the employee contact and scrolling down to User Permissions ➡️ Integrations. Check Manage Sendgrid.
Next, you'll need to generate an API key in SendGrid.
- Log into your SendGrid account.
- From the left side menu, click on Settings, then on API Keys.
- Click the Create API Key button on the top-right of the page to create a new API key. A new screen will appear.
- Inside the API Key Name field, enter a name for your API key. Allmoxy is a good option.
- In the API Key Permissions section, select either Full Access or Restricted Access. If you decide to restrict access, be sure that the key has access to the Mail Send option.
- Click the Create & View button. You will be presented with your SendGrid API key.
- Take note of the SendGrid API key you’ve been provided. You will need it for the next steps in setting up the SendGrid Integration. (Note: For security purposes, SendGrid does not allow the key value to be displayed for existing API keys.)
Once the permission is saved and the API key is generated and copied, navigate to ⚙️ ➡️Integrations ➡️Messaging.
This page will ask for your email domain name and an API Key provided by SendGrid. Paste the API key here.
