Checklist for launch-preparedness! Ensure you feel confident to launch online ordering, invoicing, and order processing through Allmoxy.
You've done the work, built the catalog, and now it's time to launch your Allmoxy storefront! Here are some things we've learned that help make the process smoother.
Run a final test order:
You've probably created a lot of bids to check pricing, but now it's time to run an actual order through the system. Here are some things to consider:
- Did the customer receive the right emails at the right time?
- Did the order get Verified?
This should be an employee reviewing the order for accuracy and feasibility, then changing the status to Verified which locks the order for the customer to prevent unwanted changes! - Were the export files and/or cut lists available at the right time? Were they accurate?
- Did your production team know how to start the job?
- Were there any gaps in the building process?
- Did the order ship on time? Was the customer made aware that the order was ready?
- Did the order get invoiced and paid for properly?
We recommend overriding the line item price of an order to something small $1-$5 to test the payment process and ensure connectivity to your bank account! - Did you receive payment for the order?
Check your bank account! The very first transaction processed through Stripe can take a few days longer than normal.
Most of these issues can be resolved by reviewing your triggers and making sure your entire team is familiar with Allmoxy's workflow. Make any necessary tweaks to cut lists and export files to ensure build accuracy.
Make sure your team feels prepared:
Almost everyone on your team needs to know how Allmoxy will impact their day-to-day.
Your sales team needs to be able to address questions about customer setup and first-time ordering.
Your office staff needs to know how to print output pages, verify orders, and even batch orders if needed.
Your production team should understand what needs to be recorded in Allmoxy and where to find any export files or cut lists.
Your financial department should know how to export invoices and how to pull sales/financial reports.
If you need to loop in team members who got missed in onboarding, schedule training time for each department with your dedicated customer success representative!
Launch to a small group of your customers:
Start small! Select a small group of open-minded, easily adaptable customers as your guinea pigs. Work through any kinks with them and collect feedback on their experience!
Keep your Customer Success Manager close!
Make sure to alert your CSM to your expected soft launch and full send dates so they can make sure to prioritize any questions, concerns, or needs.
