How can I update the price of all products, at once?

How can I update the price of all of our products at once? Do I have to go into the pricing formula of each product or is there another way?

You can use the Adjustments section (settings -> price adjustments) to add an adjustment across all products. This will not update the pricing formula or the prices set at each attribute, this will only be added on top of those prices.
