      Repeat Headers on Each Line of an Output Page

      The setting for this is at the product level, so if you open the product in question (on the back end, Settings -> E-Commerce -> Products, click on the product) you'll see a checkbox setting called 'Repeat Headers' near the top of the product settings. Check that!

      To stop headers from repeating, like below, simply uncheck this box:
