Computing a Lead Time

The lead time is a static value, which you set in your order settings (Settings -> E-Commerce -> Order Settings) under "Default Lead Time" - change it to the number of days you'd like it to default to. This will set the ship date on orders and then, on each order, you can change the actual ship date in the sidebar if needed.
