Find an Order on the Shipping Report

You might need to adjust your date filters on the Shipping Report (back date if it should have shipped earlier or forward date if it should ship later). 

If you're still having trouble, go to the order and open the Order Info tab in the black sidebar. 

Note the shipping date recorded there, then make sure that the date filter on your Shipping Report search includes that date! 

If you're still having trouble, you can also use CTRL + F to search for the order number on the report.
