Will you share my information or my customers' information?
Allmoxy will never sell, trade or transfer you or your customers' information to other clients or other parties. We will only share your information if we have written consent from you first.
Can I download all of the information in my Allmoxy instance as a back up?
Instance owners can export their company contacts lists, supply lists, and invoices. With the help of Zapier, you can automatically export every order.
However, our PCI Compliance (Payment Card Industry) requires that we meet certain security standards when it comes to storing, processing and transmitting information. For this reason, some of your information cannot be downloaded & stored. You can read more about PCI Standards & Compliance HERE
How safe is my information in Allmoxy?

ALLMOXY intends to provide the following security and protection: (a) dual biometric authentication server entrance (b) entrances monitored by staff via surveillance cameras (c) redundant power connections and disks (d) backups stored offsite every night to further prevent data loss (e) site hosted on dedicated installations with no other domains running (f) a firewall residing on the installation using active detection to block any unauthorized attempt to access the system (h) each Allmoxy instance uses its own unique database, directories, and authentication credentials (i) no other Allmoxy installation can gain access to your unpublished data (j) SSL on all pages to secure data moving in and out (k) unique username and password requirement
We hold ourselves to the same stringent web security that the military and financial institutions use. We regularly monitor & test our networks so that you can keep running your business and know your information is safe with us!
Beyond keeping your data INSIDE your instance safe, we also stay on top of preventative measures to keep bots from creating fake customer accounts on your instance.
What happens if Allmoxy closes? Do I lose everything in my instance?
If Allmoxy closes, we will hand all of our information back over to our customers.
