Use Labor Processes to Add Steps Between Order Statuses
Labor Processes allow you to track various steps in your production process. Here's how to use them:
Go to Settings > Operations > Labor Processes
This is where you create the steps in your process. Here's an example to get you started.

Now, set up triggers to accomplish what you want to happen at the end of each step in your process!
Go to Settings>Triggers and then format your trigger.
You'll want to select Trigger When either an Order Process Started or Order Process Ended.
