Order Folders
Easily separate and organize orders with order folders!
This allows you to separate specific products within the same order, ensuring maximum organization.
For example, if you are building a quote for an entire kitchen, you could label each folder with the corresponding space, such as Kitchen, Island, and Pantry. This would break up the orders and output page into groups but maintain a total order price and name.
Each order starts with a defaulted folder with the name Folder 1:
To edit the folder name, click on the existing name.
Select the settings icon next to the folder name to dictate folder-level settings.
Click on the stacked dots across from the folder name to duplicate the folder.
Folder names can also appear on output pages. This allows your customers to receive organized quotes easily broken out by folders. To view folders on output pages, navigate to ⚙️➡️ Output Pages. Select the desired output page, then check the Show folder name setting in the list of settings. Once selected, your folder names will appear before each product group name, as shown below:
