You create the individual Part Display Name and Allmoxy automatically generates a Part Export Name. Part Export Names can only be used once, so it's important to not delete parts. If a part accidentally gets deleted, you'll need to create a new part with a similar (but not the same) name, for example if the deleted part was named Glides, you could create a new part named Glides_

The export formula allows you to export this part and product data out of Allmoxy. Input the data in the correct export format, then select the desired export in the Choose Exporter.

Precision dictates the calculated precision of this part. You can set a global precision on the Order Level Settings.

Check the output pages where you want this part to show. Keep in mind that the output either needs to be a parts list-type OR if it's an invoice or label type, it needs to have the setting "show parts on this output page" selected.

The part attribute is the specific feature of the part. In this example, you might create a part attribute to measure the quantity of glides, then a second part attribute to measure the glide length. Both of these would be part attributes of the Glides part. Name the part attribute and the name will appear on output pages. Use the output page width to control the layout of the data on an output page.

The formula section allows you to configure this data point with math. Use the variables in the sidebar to help configure your formula.

"This attribute measures the quantity of part needed" when checked will automatically multiply the result by the item quantity.

Using the quantity variable AND checking the "this attribute measures the quantity of part needed" setting will exponentially multiply the result.

If you do not want this part to show on an output page, check "Hide attribute on the output page"

Part Summations:

Use part summations to sum or group multiple part values together.

For example, if you're producing a 5 piece door, you might want to total up the stiles, rails, and midrails and sort by width to see the total lineal feet needed for the job. Here's how to do that:

Name your part summation and choose the order that sums show on an output page (ascending or descending).

Select the parts that you want to be included in the summation.

Decide which dimension you want to group them by.

Select the output pages where you want these summations to show.

Output medication formula allows you to manipulate the result. For example, your parts and calculations might evaluate in inches, but for the summation you want it to show total feet needed, then you'd divide total by 12!

Part summations appear on the output pages under Item Totals! Keep in mind that part summations only work in each product group, not for the entire order.
