Start with a product name, this will be visible and how your customers will reference this item.
Sell in groups: allows you to sell multiple items with the same Group Attributes.
Available for sale: adds this item to your catalog for customers to see.
Need to restrict which customers see this product? Set the Company Exclusive setting below.
Exempt from sales tax: allows this item to be removed from the sales tax calculation on each order.

Allow B2B access: you'll need to set this on products you'd like to make available for resell. Use the product updater tool if you need to turn this on for a lot of products!
Priority Sort: this setting controls the order that this item appears in the category it is nested in. If multiple products share the same category and priority, they will sort into alphabetical order.
Production Line: assign this to a particular line to track the product's workflow through the shop
Export class: this is important for your financial software. Assign this the appropriate class for grouping your sales based on product type.
Default Quantity: typically 1, but you can also leave this blank for force customers to enter an item amount
Quantity Label: typically Qty, but you might also designate this as Feet, Pieces, Items, etc
