Give Customers Tracking Information
We recommend doing this via a custom field!
Settings > Custom Fields
You'll want to add a new custom field for an Order.
At this time, custom fields cannot be input in a trigger, but they can be added to an output page. If you want to send customers their tracking info, then include that in the output page that you'd like to send the customer notifying the customer that their order has shipped!
