Update my credit card for Allmoxy billing



Log in to your Allmoxy instance. Click on the ⚙️ and navigate to Account Settings. 

Account Setting permissions must be granted. If you do not see Account Settings, contact the primary contact for your Allmoxy instance. If you don't know the primary contact for your account, reach out to your customer success manager for help.


Under Account Settings, you'll see a Payment Method section. If you have an existing card on file, you'll see minimal card info indicating which card, so you can identify the card and update it as needed.

If you need to grant another person at your company permission to access and update these account settings, navigate to their user permissions and grant access for them to Manage Account Settings.
