Plugin Scripts

Plugin scripts are a great way to include analytics tools into your Allmoxy instance. Use the plugin script section to embed code snippets from your CRM, Google Analytics, and more!
Chat Plugins
Use the Chat Plugins section to add a chat module to your Allmoxy! Adding a chat gives your customers access to your office/sales team directly from your Allmoxy instance. Select your chat service from the dropdown, then input the chat API key provided by your chat service. Inputting your chat plugin here defaults the chat to sit opposite of the black sidebar on all Allmoxy pages.
Helpful Hint: In some instances, the chat API key will also need to include a widget ID for the particular chat module you want to use. If the API key doesn't work right away, check your chat service for a widget ID, then include that at the end of the API key with a / to separate the two. For example: If my API key is 674mr5267c7b15544f3ed65c and my widget ID is 1h48nz7n3, then I'd format the Chat Plugin API Key in Allmoxy to be:
674mr5267c7b15544f3ed65c/1h48nz7n3
SendGrid Integration
SendGrid is a service that allows your to whitelabel your emails coming out of Allmoxy! To learn more, visit this article.
To set up your SendGrid integration
- Navigate to ⚙️ ➡️ Integrations: Messaging
- Input your preferred domain name and your SendGrid API key.
Shipping Integration
Allmoxy allows you to integrate with UPS and FedEx to estimate shipping costs.
UPS:
To set up a UPS shipping integration, you must create a UPS developer account.
Once your developer account has been set up, log in and navigate to your UPS' Client ID and Client Secret information. Input that information into your Allmoxy UPS shipping credential section (⚙️ ➡️ Shipping ➡️ UPS). You will also need to reference your UPS Account Number and your max weight per package. 
Once connected, you should see Allmoxy listed under My Apps in your UPS developer account portal. Open the Allmoxy app there and make sure to search for the Rate Calling product to add to your app. This is the tool that will send information from Allmoxy's order to UPS for rate estimation.
It's important to note that Allmoxy only sends total order weight to UPS for shipping cost estimation. UPS typically uses weight + final package dimensions, so this is strictly an estimating tool and not a perfect costing tool.

Once your integration is set up, check the Active box next to each available UPS method that you would like to offer your customers. We typically see customers use UPS Ground and UPS Freight.
Allmoxy API
