Manage your Allmoxy subscription and billing

Your Allmoxy subscription on Settings > Admin > Account Settings: modules, payment history, receipts, the card on file, and what happens if payment fails.

Your Allmoxy subscription is managed from Settings > Admin > Account Settings. The page shows which modules your shop has, every subscription payment with its receipt, and the card Allmoxy charges. Only employees with the Manage Account Settings permission can open it. This article covers each section, how to change the card or where receipts go, and what your team sees if a payment fails.

Applies to: the employee who manages your shop's Allmoxy account. Opening Settings > Admin > Account Settings needs the Manage Account Settings permission, which only employees can hold.

Open Account Settings

  1. Log in to your Allmoxy shop as an employee with Manage Account Settings.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top bar and choose Admin > Account Settings.

The page has four sections: Active Modules, Payment Method, Payment History and AI Usage. Each one folds open and closed.

Active Modules

A list of the optional parts of Allmoxy and whether your shop has them: for example API, Operator and Reports, each with a Visibility and Status column. Modules are switched on per shop by Allmoxy when you add them to your plan. If you've paid for a module and it still shows Inactive, or doesn't appear, tell us through the Report a Bug chat and we'll switch it on.

Payment Method: add or replace the card

The Payment Method section is a card form: Name on Card, Card Number, Expiration Date, CVV2 Code, billing address, then Update Payment. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Allmoxy bills the subscription through Stripe.

To replace a card, enter the new one and click Update Payment. If your payment was overdue, saving a card also renews the subscription, and your shop is back to normal right away.

If you see a link instead of the card form, your billing is managed on a separate billing page: follow the link to change the card there.

Payment History and receipts

Up to 12 months of subscription payments are listed with their Date, Amount, Status (Success, Refunded or Failed) and Memo. Receipts themselves are emailed to your billing contact (next section).

Change where receipts go

Receipts are emailed to your billing contact. There is no field for that address on Account Settings. To send them somewhere else, tell us the new address through the Report a Bug chat or your Customer Success contact and we'll update it.

If a payment fails

When a subscription payment can't be collected, Allmoxy asks for a card: the people who manage the account see the card form instead of the page they opened, and everyone else sees a notice that the account needs attention. Save a working card and the shop is back to normal immediately.

If no card is saved, the shop is eventually suspended: every page shows "your account has been suspended" with the number to call. Your data is kept while we sort it out. Call the number or reach us through the Report a Bug chat, and we'll get you back in.

Change your plan, add a module or cancel

Plan changes, adding or removing modules, questions about your invoice and canceling are all handled by Allmoxy for you. Ask through the Report a Bug chat or your Customer Success contact; your signed agreement sets the terms.

Things to know

  • Account Settings needs Manage Account Settings. Give it to the one or two people who handle the shop's bills, and no one else; see Employee permissions: what each one does.
  • Your subscription is billed through Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, not into your shop's data.
  • Payment History shows the last 12 months. Receipts go out by email.
  • "Account suspended" is the subscription, not a bug. The message carries the number to call.
  • Changing where receipts go is a request, not a setting. Tell us the new address and we'll update it.
