Managerial reports: what each one shows
Every report under Reports > Managerial, one entry each: Activity Logs, Email Logs, Projection, Order Results Comparison, inventory, Tasks, Time Tracking.
The Reports > Managerial group is for running the shop rather than a single order: who changed what (Activity Logs), what Allmoxy sent (Email Logs, Announcements, Trigger Call Log), what is on the shelf and what it cost (Current Inventory, Inventory in Use, Inventory Usage, Received Supplies), what is due out day by day (Projection), whether orders made money (Order Results Comparison), and your people's tasks and time (Tasks, Time Tracking). This group shows in the menu only for your own staff; customers never see it.
Applies to: employees with View reports plus the report's own permission (View Activity Report, View Email Logs, Projection Report and so on). Email Logs needs View Email Logs and View other companies together. Time Tracking shows everyone's entries only to people allowed to edit anyone's time tracking.

How to read this page
Each report below gets one entry: what it answers, the date it filters on and the range it opens with, its filters, and anything that trips people up. Every one of them can be sorted by clicking a column header, and most can be exported; the shared material (permissions, the two versions, remembered filters, exporting) is in Guide: Reports in Allmoxy and Export a report to CSV or PDF. Where the new and previous versions differ, the entry says which is which.
Who did what: Activity Logs, Announcements, Email Logs, Trigger Call Log
Activity Logs. Who created, updated or deleted records (orders, products, supplies, companies and so on) and who logged in, with the date and time: Name, Action, Record, Info (a sample of the record as it is now, with a link to it where possible) and Date. It is record level only: it can tell you an order was changed and by whom, but not which fields changed, unless the change was to a record of its own (a line item, say). Dated by Activity Date; opens on today only, which is why it often looks empty. Filters: the person's name (type SYSTEM for changes Allmoxy made on its own), the actions (Created, Updated, Deleted, Login), record type and record ID. Shows up to 5,000 rows; narrow the dates for more. Its Export menu is always shown, and the CSV adds the record IDs.
Announcements. Every announcement posted in your shop: date, who posted it, who it went to and the text. Opens on the last 31 days, by the date it was last edited; the only filter is the date range. Hover a row to edit or delete it (announcements you received from a B2B partner can't be edited here).
Email Logs. Every email Allmoxy sent from your shop, whether from a trigger, an automation or a person: To, Subject and Date, with the send date to filter on (the last 3 months to start). Open a row to read the email. Look up emails by who they went to or by subject. There is no delivery status column, and the previous version has no export. Needs both View Email Logs and View other companies (the menu shows the entry with either, so someone can see it and still be refused). More on Check whether an email was sent (Email Log).
Trigger Call Log. Every trigger that ran: the trigger, its event and action, whether it succeeded or failed, and what it sent (for a webhook, the data posted and the reply), so you can check that an automation fired. Dated by the day the trigger ran; opens on today. Filters: status, event, action and trigger. Entries can lag up to ten minutes behind the event. No export in the previous version. Needs the Trigger History permission. Setting up triggers: How triggers work and how to build one.
What is on the shelf and what it cost: Current Inventory, Inventory in Use, Inventory Usage, Received Supplies
Current Inventory. What is in stock right now, by location: item, locations, quantity in the locations you picked, price (the preferred vendor's price) and total (quantity times price), with a grand total. A snapshot of now; the only filter is the location boxes (all on to start). The new version adds an In Stock, Reorder or Out of Stock status.
Inventory in Use. A snapshot of the inventory attached to orders at the status you pick, In Progress (to start) or Completed, priced per order: actual ship date, order, location, item, part number, piece size, available (the location's on-hand), allocated, used, price and extension. In the menu, not in the previous version's side list. More on Guide: Inventory and purchasing in Allmoxy.
Inventory Usage. How much of each supply you used over the dates, by location: item, location, quantity used (checkouts minus check-ins, so returns subtract and it can go negative), average price and total cost (quantity used times average price). Dated by the checkout date; opens on the last 31 days; the only filter is the date range. Items with no net movement are left out.
Received Supplies. Purchase orders you have received: the date ordered, date received, PO number, location, part number, item, quantity ordered, quantity received, piece size and price each, with a money total at the foot. Dated by Date Received; opens on the last 31 days. Filters: date range, item name and receiving location.
What is due out: Projection
Projection. A day-by-day look ahead at what is scheduled to ship: for each day, each customer's orders with the delivery method, order number, order date, status, the last completed process (if you use labor processes), pieces and total value, with pieces and dollars totaled for each day and a grand total. Use it to plan labor and materials for the week, and print it for a paper schedule for the day or the week. Dated by the scheduled ship date (the actual date if set, otherwise the desired date, labeled Desired Delivery Date); opens on today through the end of the month with Ordered ticked. Filters: date range, production line, delivery method, order status, export class (including None) and order tags. Click a row, or tick Expand Extra Data, to see the products on an order; the printable PDF contains whatever is expanded. The new version opens on the next 90 days, with projected revenue totals and views by order, by customer or by day. Covered with scheduling on Set ship dates, lead times and the production schedule.
Did the order make money: Order Results Comparison
Order Results Comparison. Profit per order: order number, Supplies Cost (the materials used on the order, at cost), Labor Cost (the time clocked to it, at wage rates), Total Cost (supplies plus labor), Invoice Amount (the invoice subtotal, including B2B lines), Margin (invoice minus total cost), a % column, and the B2B supplier, with grand totals at the foot. The % is cost as a share of the invoice, not a margin percent, so lower is better. It uses the labor tracked to each order and the supplies checked out to it, so both time tracking and inventory checkout need to be in use for the costs to mean anything. Dated by Status Date: the day the order last reached the statuses you tick (Ordered to start), so the status boxes also choose which status change sets the date. Opens on the last 31 days. Filters: customer, date range, statuses, order tags and B2B supplier.
Your people: Tasks, Time Tracking
Tasks. Which tasks are assigned to whom, when they are due and when they were completed: assignee, About (the company, contact or order the task is attached to), due date, completed date and the task itself. Dated by Due Date; opens on the last 31 days. Filters: date range, About, assignee, and completed or not completed.
Time Tracking. Every time clock entry, order by order: order number and name, employee, process, start date, hours, and an Edit pencil for fixing a bad punch, with a grand total of hours at the foot. Dated by Start Date (entries are clipped to the range); opens on the last 31 days with Verified, In Progress and Completed ticked. Filters: order, date range, employee, statuses and Hide Zero Time Entries. People allowed to edit anyone's time tracking see everyone's entries and get the employee filter; everyone else sees only their own time. Customers can't open it. You must be using time tracking for it to have anything to show; fixing entries and running payroll: Manage time cards and the payroll report.
Things to know
- Activity Logs and Trigger Call Log open on today. Widen the dates before you decide something didn't happen.
- Activity Logs is record level. It says who changed an order and when, not which field.
- Email Logs needs two permissions and has no export in the previous version. Neither does the Trigger Call Log.
- Order Results Comparison's % is cost over invoice. Lower is better. Its date is the day the order reached the ticked statuses.
- Inventory Usage is net of returns. Received Supplies and Current Inventory show what came in and what is there now.
- Time Tracking shows only your own entries unless you can edit anyone's time.
