A to C
- Account (instance): your company's own Allmoxy site, at your own web address (yourcompany.allmoxy.com, or a custom domain). Everything in these articles happens inside it. See Guide: Set up and brand your Allmoxy site.
- Attribute: a question the customer answers on a product: Wood Type, Door Style, Width, Hinge Drilling. A group attribute applies to a group of items on the order (five doors in the same wood); an item attribute applies to each item (each door's width). See How attributes work.
- Bid: a quote. The first status of a catalog order, which the customer can still change. See Guide: Orders in Allmoxy.
- Catalog: all the products you have built and made available for sale, organized into categories. See Guide: Building your catalog.
- Category: a folder on the order page that holds products or other categories. See Categories: organize what customers see.
- Company, contact, individual account: a company is a business you deal with (a customer, a vendor, or your own shop); a contact is a person at a company; an individual account is a customer with no business behind them. See Guide: Customers in Allmoxy.
- Credit limit and order limit: the most a customer can owe you, and the most a single order can total. See Credit limits and order limits.

- Export class: a label on a product, supply or part that tells an exporter how to treat it. See Exporters: send part data to your machines and software.
- Exporter: a file definition that sends part data to your machines or software. See Exporters.
- Itemized order: an order priced by hand from labor, supplies, overhead and other costs, with catalog products added if you want. See Itemized orders.
- Order: the record of what a customer is buying: their details, the products, and the pages built from it (confirmation, invoice, cut lists, packing slip). Catalog orders come from your catalog; itemized and project orders are priced differently. See Guide: Orders in Allmoxy.
- Order status: where an order is in its life. Catalog orders move Bid, Ordered, Verified, In Progress, Completed, Shipped; project orders use Authorized, Confirmed, In Production, Ready to Install, Installed. On Hold pauses an order and Void cancels it. Each status can change pricing, stock and emails. See Order status and pricing.
- Output page: a printed or emailed page built from an order: confirmation, invoice, cut list, packing slip. See Guide: Output pages.

- Project order: an order for a whole job, with phases and a proposal, priced by hand and with supplies bought from its Purchasing tab. See Guide: Orders in Allmoxy.
- Proxy variable: a formula written once, outside any product, and referenced from product formulas. Used for pricing or part calculations that are the same across your catalog: change it in one place and the whole catalog follows. See How Allmoxy prices a product.
- Purchase order: your order to a vendor for supplies, built from the Need to Purchase list. See Order supplies from vendors with purchase orders.
- Supply: a material you keep in stock (plywood, hinges), counted in its piece size, with vendors and stock locations. See Guide: Inventory and purchasing in Allmoxy.
- Tag: a label you put on a company, contact, order, product or supply to group it with others, used for pricing, visibility, triggers and filters. See Tags: group customers, orders and products.
